This is a general rule for all salesman or master closer, close it within 5 minutes.

The first 5 minute will determine whether the deal will close and whether the person would buy.

That’s why for all salesman in every trade you need to use first minute to qualify the customer and develop all methods to drive the customer to pretend closing.

In order to achieve it, you have to be experience in your trade and plan ahead to close different type of customers.

Of course, when you engage into a battle with customer, do not talk in a very rush tone and take it easy and slowly, any show of desperate will make you lose the deal. Remember if you want the thing badly, you need to brave to forgo it. The more you want, the more you wouldn’t get it.
