With the introduction of the Lenovo smart door digital locks to My Digital Lock family, we are going to have articles on what makes each lock unique and how it differentiates from one another.

Full automatic lock body

It has a fully automatic lock body which enables locking and unlocking all in a single step.

Door not closed reminder

The lock will sound out a reminder if the door is not properly closed. This is especially useful if you have forgetful children and the elderly at home.

Design

We have to talk about the design. In the digital lock market, there is probably no design that comes close to the Lenovo A1. It has a hidden handle concept and is only 3cm thick. You can be sure it can be installed on almost all Singapore doors.

Usage of the app

Have a helper that goes to your house often? This will be where the app will be useful. It helps create a one-time password in real time that allows the helper to open the door. The app will also show the locked status when the cleaner closes the door and leaves the house.

Bigger fingerprint reader

Lenovo A1 has a 40% bigger fingerprint reader as compared to other digital locks. This enables higher and more accurate fingerprint finger recognition.

Fake pin to prevent peeping

In the past, the fake pin could only be used in the front or at the back but Lenovo has improved it further. You can now key in random numbers in the front, middle, or back as you have the correct pin in the numbers you keyed in.
